Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Armando Conway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Gorski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Armando Conway!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oleg Gorski!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gorski lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gorski.


It looks like Armando Conway has been cut.

Conway shoots for a double leg takedown but Gorski sprawls well. He's pushed Conway's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Gorski closes the distance and clinches.
Conway jumps guard but Gorski stands there with Conway around his waist. Conway gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Gorski pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Conway fails with a takedown attempt.
Conway backing away here, and Gorski unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Gorski closes the distance and clinches up with Conway, looking for a takedown. Gorski pushes Conway against the cage but Conway circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Gorski uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Conway.
Gorski throws out a counter right but Conway avoids it with no problem.

Conway changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gorski tries to avoid it but Conway manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gorski to the ground. Gorski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Conway is breathing heavily.

Gorski drives through with a takedown into Conway's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Conway manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gorski manages to get himself to full guard.

Gorski can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Conway controls the pace.

Gorski should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Gorski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gorski can do anything to dispel that myth.

Gorski is looking to control Conway's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gorski avoid being mounted?

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Conway stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Conway wants it to stay on the feet.
Conway swings for the body but Gorski moves out of range.

Conway has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Horrible takedown attempt by Conway or perhaps it was just good defense by Gorski, which made it look bad.

Gorski has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Conway is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Conway is on top in guard.

Gorski tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Conway is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Conway drops back looking for a leg! Gorski is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gorski manages to kick Conway off! Conway jumps back into Gorski's guard.
