Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Unicorn Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dechlan Tomsett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dechlan Tomsett looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Unicorn Chan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dechlan Tomsett! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chan throws a jab but it's blocked by Tomsett. Tomsett ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Chan swings widly with a right hand
and Tomsett counters with a two punch combo. Tomsett keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Chan. Chan moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromTomsett. Tomsett gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Chan misses with an uppercut. Chan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Tomsett ducks under a wild hook from Chan. The fighters circling - Chan throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Chan throws the left hand but Tomsett avoids the punch easily. Chan looks to throw the jab but Tomsett is out of range. Tomsett moves away from the strike by Chan. Chan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. No joy there for Tomsett, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tomsett blocks a jab. Tomsett steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Chan. Chan misses with a left hand and Tomsett counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Chan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Tomsett looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chan scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Tomsett blocks a jab. Chan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Chan is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tomsett. Tomsett blocks a jab. Tomsett swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Tomsett fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Chan is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Tomsett. Chan misses with an uppercut. Tomsett saw that one coming. A telegraphed right hand from Chan misses the target. A telegraphed right hand from Chan misses the target. Tomsett throws a counter combo. Chan throws an overhand right that lands on Tomsett's shoulder, as Tomsett tries to avoid the shot. Tomsett tries to counter with a clinch but Chan shakes him off and moves away. Chan is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Tomsett throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Chan wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Tomsett is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Chan's half guard. Chan looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Tomsett really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Chan manages to get to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chan is trying to keep Tomsett in close.
Chan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Tomsett is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Chan has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Tomsett is looking to defend but Chan has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Tomsett! Chan pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Tomsett taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Unicorn Chan!
