Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Crosby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Walsall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carlos Crosby has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Carlos Crosby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joey Walsall! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crosby slips under a jab. Crosby tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Walsall manages to circle out of the way. Crosby gets caught flat footed, as Walsall shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Walsall trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Walsall passes easily into side control. Nice work. Walsall decides to take the fight back to the feet. Joey Walsall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Crosby darts in looking for a takedown but Walsall gets double underhooks and turns Crosby into the cage. Walsall showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Crosby.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Walsall darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Walsall is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Crosby sees it coming and defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walsall is working for a kimura but Crosby is defending it quite comfortably.
Walsall is keen to just control but Crosby is a slippery customer. Walsall is taking a breather. Crosby says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Walsall is working for a submission of some sort.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Walsall escapes and gets back to his feet. Walsall manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Crosby on his heels. He'll look to pass Crosby's guard now, I'm sure. Walsall gets to his feet - Crosby follows without any prompting. Walsall lands the left hand. Walsall lands a jab to the head.
Crosby throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walsall tries to clinch there but Crosby circles away.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Walsall. Walsall landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Walsall decides to stand up, so the ref orders Crosby to his feet. Crosby scores with a head kick.
Walsall looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Crosby! Walsall trying to control the action but Crosby is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Walsall laying and praying for a moment but Crosby takes advantage and regains half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Walsall wants to take a breather but Crosby is having none of it. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Walsall in particular looking to stall. Walsall seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Crosby does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joey Walsall dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Walsall looking to score a takedown here. Crosby is defending well but Walsall drives through and ends up in Crosby's guard. Walsall wants to control from the top but Crosby keeps moving. Walsall sitting in guard, not really doing much. Walsall trying to control the position from guard on top but Crosby is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Walsall has been the more effective fighter overall so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Walsall decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Crosby, up you get!

Crosby is rocked! Walsall postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Oh Crosby is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Joey Walsall has got the better of the ground game so far. Walsall postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Crosby covers up, he's hurt! Walsall keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Walsall and the ref steps in to end the fight! Walsall can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
