Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Conner Britian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sven Jergensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Conner Britian has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Conner Britian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sven Jergensen! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Joseph Jones and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jergensen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Britian, pushing him back against the cage. Jergensen is pushing Britian up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Jergensen has picked Britian up - he's going for a ride! Jergensen dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Jergensen wants to pass to mount but Britian is defending the position. Jergensen controlling the action here. Jergensen passes the guard and advances to mount! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jergensen takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Britian is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Jergensen looking to ground and pound but Britian is blocking nicely. Jergensen raining down shots from the mount! Jergensen controlling from mount. Jergensen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Jergensen pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jergensen lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Britian hang on? Jergensen sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Britian is trying to stand up. Jergensen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jergensen sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Jergensen controlling from the full mount. Let's hope that Jergensen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. It looks like Jergensen might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Jergensen throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Jergensen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Britian wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Jergensen.
Britian knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jergensen on the ground. Jergensen putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sven Jergensen dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Jergensen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Jergensen is controlling the pace.

Britian is rocked! Jergensen drops a big elbow. That's hurt Britian! More shots from Jergensen and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
