The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Skip Squint and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Parmesan takes a swing at Holmes's ribcage but misses.
Nice uppercut there from Holmes.
Holmes throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Parmesan bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Parmesan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Parmesan shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Holmes napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Parmesan is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Holmes is trying to escape and Parmesan transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Holmes is forced to tap! Nice work there by Parmesan! Very nice indeed!
