Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vidarr Volundr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aqeel Haji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Vidarr Volundr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aqeel Haji!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volundr cracks a nice hook into Haji's ribs.
Haji looks to clinch
and Volundr counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Volundr lands a two punch combo.
Haji fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Haji throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Volundr tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Haji is in Volundr's guard.
Volundr wants to get back to his feet but Haji is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Haji controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Volundr wants to stand up but Haji is controlling him.
Volundr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Haji on the ground.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Volundr trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Haji is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Haji is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
A jab lands there for Volundr.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Volundr tries to keep at a distance but Haji has taken the fight into the clinch.
Haji stalling.
Haji tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Haji has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Volundr is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Haji's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Volundr with a jab.
Volundr misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Volundr fails to land with a series of punches.
Haji is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Haji tries to clinch but Volundr moves away
and Volundr counters with a nice body shot.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Haji.
Vidarr Volundr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aqeel Haji.

Volundr keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Haji looks winded!
Haji throws a half hearted mid kick.
Volundr appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Haji tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Volundr manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Volundr throwing a counter right hand but Haji manages to avoid it.
Haji shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Haji misses with a leg kick
and Volundr counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Haji thinking.
Volundr wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Haji is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Volundr just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Haji has gone limp and this one is over!
