Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ibson Preuss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Ross! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ibson Preuss! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ross throws a good cross that connects.
Ross with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Preuss to score with a decent uppercut.
It looks like Dan Ross has been cut. Preuss slaps away a takedown attempt from Ross, before circling back to the center of the mat. Preuss fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Preuss closes the distance but Ross moves to the side and Ross counters with a left to the body. Preuss misses with a left hand and Ross cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ross. A combination from Preuss does no damage. Preuss tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ross manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Preuss misses with a right hand and Ross counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. This has been an exciting period of action! Ross is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Preuss controls Ross momentarily but Ross frees himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ross's corner is telling him to maintain position. Ross stands and throws Preuss's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ross is trying to get an arm triangle but Preuss is defending well. Ross creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Preuss sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Ross moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Ross has an Americana. Preuss didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Ross is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Ross hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Dan Ross! Dan Ross decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
