Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Dredd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabe Christianson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dredd's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Am The Law!. Christianson has chosen Eminem - Legacy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Gabe Christianson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christianson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Christianson misses the jab.
We've been informed that Christianson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Dredd throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Dredd gets a takedown into half guard.
Dredd is looking to advance position but Christianson won't allow it.
Dredd stops Christianson from getting back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dredd frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Dredd is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Christianson has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Christianson!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dredd has his foot on Christianson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Christianson works his way back into a safe position though.

Christianson is squirming around, avoiding Dredd's attempts to control the action.
Christianson wants to hold on but Dredd pushes him away.

Christianson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Dredd can pounce on him.

Dredd has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Christianson.

Christianson throws a lazy right hand but Dredd sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Dredd changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Dredd pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Christianson throws out a leg kick but Dredd moves out of range and Christianson only half commits.
Christianson listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Christianson tries to clinch but Dredd moves out of range.
Christianson throws a quick inside leg kick.
Dredd takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dredd throws a right hand that Christianson ducks under and follows up with a left that Christianson also avoids with ease.
Christianson feints and then cracks Dredd's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dredd down.
Dredd on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Christianson throws a sloppy head kick and Dredd moves out of range easily.
A head kick misses from Christianson.
Christianson lands a big uppercut and Dredd crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Dredd looks OK. Christianson waves Dredd back to his feet!
Dredd is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sloppy strikes from Christianson. Those never looked like landing.
Oh Dredd is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Christianson closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Dredd! Christianson dives in looking to finish! Dredd is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
