Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dozer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Pereira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Dozer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brian Pereira! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dozer connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pereira. Pereira circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Dozer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. The fighters circling - Pereira throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Pereira with a hook. Dozer throws a nice outside leg kick. Pereira swings away with a body shot that misses
and Dozer counters with a right hand to the body. Dozer misses with a looping left. And Pereira tries to counter it with a takedown but Dozer pushes his down on his head and steps out. Pereira looks to score with a jab to the body but Dozer is just out of range. Pereira lands a nice looking body shot.
Dozer listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Pereira has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Dozer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pereira manages to avoid it. Dozer swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pereira shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pereira showed some decent athleticism there. The fighters are battling for position here. Dozer manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dozer lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Pereira has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dozer is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Pereira. Pereira tries to bench press Dozer off him but Dozer keeps the position. Pereira sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pereira looking for submissions off his back. Dozer is looking for a kimura but Pereira is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dozer to get the leverage. Pereira is refusing to be controlled, as Dozer sits in half guard. Dozer is working for a submission of some sort.
Pereira is pressing down on Dozer's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pereira is looking for a triangle but Dozer pushes his legs off easily.
Pereira controls Dozer momentarily but Dozer frees himself. Pereira looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pereira bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dozer's guard.
Pereira postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Dozer is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pereira, into his guard. Pereira being controlled here, momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pereira looking for a sweep. Not yet Pereira, not yet. Pereira looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Dozer passes into side control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pereira is looking for a sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pereira throws a body punch but Dozer moves out of range. Dozer moves out of range as Pereira strikes. Dozer bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pereira's head backwards. Pereira shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Pereira looks to score with a jab to the body but Dozer is just out of range. Pereira gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Pereira throws a hook but Dozer avoids it easily. It looked like Dozer was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Pereira. Pereira misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dozer.
A jab-cross combination lands for Dozer and sends Pereira crashing to the mat! Dozer follows him down to the mat - Pereira regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dozer prevents Pereira from improving his position. Pereira is not content to let Dozer control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pereira won't allow Dozer to pass to mount. Dozer is looking for a kimura but Pereira is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dozer to get the leverage. Pereira wants to control but Dozer is keeping busy and won't allow it. Pereira is trying to get back to full guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Nice defenses there by Dozer. Dozer scores with a head kick. Pereira tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Pereira looks for the body kick but Dozer saw that one coming. Pereira moves out of range of the strikes. Pereira wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pereira is looking to clinch. Dozer throws a jab when Pereira was well out of range. Pereira feints the counter takedown. Dozer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Dozer swings away with a leg kick that misses. Pereira misses with a kick to the body.
Pereira blocks a low kick nicely. Dozer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pereira.
Dozer is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Pereira misses with a wild body shot. Dozer was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Dozer on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Dozer throws a right and a left that Pereira avoids nicely. Pereira drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Dozer defends it well. Brian Pereira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dozer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pereira circles away quickly and effectively. Pereira is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Pereira lands a right hook to the body.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dozer.

Pereira is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Dozer rather than just go for the knockout. Pereira moves out of range of the strikes. Dozer tests Pereira's chin there with a solid looking shot. Pereira fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Dozer throws a low kick, looking for Pereira's leg but Pereira calmly moves out of range. Pereira lands with a shot to the body. Dozer throws a series of punches but Pereira avoids them all with ease. Pereira feints the counter takedown. Pereira takes a swing at Dozer's ribcage but misses. Dozer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pereira pinned against the cage. Pereira gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pereira scores with a jab to the jaw. Dozer checks a leg kick nicely. Dozer is looking for a counter combo. Dozer misses the jab. Dozer lands with a nice body punch. Pereira walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pereira walks into a jab. Dozer misses with a two punch combination.
Pereira is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. No joy there for Dozer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Frank Dozer dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Dozer takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Pereira tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dozer paws at him with a jab and circles away. Pereira misses with a kick to the body.
A little feinted left hand from Dozer on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Pereira.
Pereira misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Pereira fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dozer manages to avoid it. Dozer avoids the body shot from Pereira.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dozer shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Pereira gets a double leg takedown into Dozer's guard. Pereira preventing the sweep. Pereira missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dozer is trying to control the position but Pereira postures up. Pereira throws a big elbow that misses. Pereira drops back, looking for a kneebar! Dozer looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Dozer looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Dozer!
Dozer working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Pereira tries to improve position but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pereira is still trying to improve position. Dozer wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Pereira, who protects the arm well. Dozer is looking to take a break and control but Pereira is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Pereira's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dozer tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dozer has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Pereira manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dozer's best efforts. Pereira regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pereira is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Pereira is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Pereira defending well as Dozer loads up on a big left hand. Donk. Dozer catches Pereira right on the button with a cross. Dozer has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dozer there as he acknowledges the shot. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dozer lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. The fighters circling - Dozer throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Pereira with the counter takedown but Dozer avoids it easily. Brian Pereira has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! A cross from Pereira lands.
And that's the end of the fight! Brian Pereira comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dozer has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
