The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jotko tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cult swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Jotko counters by moving into the clinch.

Cult wants to take the fight to the mat but Jotko manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Cult closes the distance and clinches up with Jotko, looking for a takedown. Cult pushes Jotko against the cage but Jotko circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cult throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jotko's waist but Jotko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cult off to one side.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
