Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jamari Caram!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Sergei Dronov and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caram throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Good leg kick by Caram there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Caram finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Ramirez dives in and grabs Caram's left leg, looking for a takedown. Caram pushes down on Ramirez's head and hops out.
Caram throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ramirez moves out of range as Caram strikes.
Caram thows a body kick. Ramirez tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Caram looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Ramirez looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Caram throws a nice inside leg kick.

Caram gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Caram is pushing Ramirez up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Caram throws a head kick that misses.

Oh Ramirez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ramirez is defended easily by Caram.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jamari Caram dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Ramirez seems to have got his legs back now.
Caram turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Ramirez tries to land a front kick but Caram steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Caram feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Ramirez collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!

Jamari Caram seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
