Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Wrestler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iain Reilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reilly has chosen Dubliners - Fields of Athenry as his entrance music. Iain Reilly will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, The Wrestler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Iain Reilly! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, David Schapiro and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reilly lands with an uppercut that bounces Wrestler off the cage and back into range. A decent looking cross lands there for Reilly. Iain Reilly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wrestler is trying hard to land a takedown here. Reilly sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Wrestler closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We've been hearing that Wrestler has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Reilly manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Reilly thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Wrestler keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Reilly not landing any meaningful shots this time. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Reilly missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Reilly wants to take a breather but Wrestler is having none of it. Wrestler wants to control but Reilly is keeping busy.

That's one minute gone in the round. Reilly missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Reilly thows a huge punch but Wrestler dodges it nicely.
Reilly not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Reilly thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Reilly throwing shots but Wrestler is blocking nicely. I've been told that Reilly has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game. Wrestler keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Wrestler has hold of Reilly's hands but Reilly slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Wrestler is trying to stand up here but Reilly is controlling him well. Reilly misses with a head shot. Wrestler uses the momentum to regain guard. Reilly is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wrestler wants to stand but Reilly is controlling the position. Wrestler preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Reilly throws a right and a left that both miss. Reilly misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wrestler.
Wrestler looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Reilly misses with a looping right. Reilly throws the left hand but Wrestler avoids the punch easily. Wrestler appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Wrestler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Reilly is fending him off so far but Wrestler persists. Nope, Reilly circles away and we're back to standing. A little jabbing left from Reilly on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Wrestler. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wrestler slips a jab from Reilly. Reilly gets caught flat footed, as Wrestler shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Reilly is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Wrestler frees his head nicely. Oh but Reilly has switched to an armbar! Wrestler is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
