Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Vinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Khadafh Mohamed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mike Vinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Khadafh Mohamed! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Mauricio Rocha and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mohamed gets in close and instigates a clinch. Vinson prevents Mohamed from breaking the clinch. Mohamed avoiding damage as Vinson throws knees to the body.
Mohamed jumps into guard, dragging Vinson to the mat.
Mohamed wants to sweep but no luck. Vinson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Vinson wants to control from the top but Mohamed keeps moving. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mohamed thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Vinson wants to control from the top but Mohamed keeps moving. Vinson slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Mohamed.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vinson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Mohamed is trying to get back to full guard. Mohamed is concentrating on defense, preventing Vinson from advancing position. Vinson seems to be working for a kimura but Mohamed defends the submission attempt. Mohamed is staying active underneath Vinson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mohamed is looking to improve his position.
Vinson wants to control but Mohamed is keeping him busy. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Mohamed really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vinson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Mohamed keeps control of the position for the meantime.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Mohamed moves into the clinch. Mohamed looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Vinson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Mohamed can't break the clinch.

Mohamed fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Vinson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's three minutes gone in the round. No joy there for Mohamed, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mohamed throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mohamed gets in close and instigates a clinch. Mohamed keeps control of Vinson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Vinson tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Mohamed avoids it. Vinson is trying to break free. Mohamed blocks an uppercut.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Vinson pulls guard successfully.
We've been informed that Mohamed has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mohamed postures up in Vinson's guard and throws a big left but Vinson blocks it. Vinson is looking to stand up but Mohamed isn't so interested in that idea. Vinson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Mohamed wants to control but Vinson is keeping busy and won't allow it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Vinson blocks the strikes from Mohamed.

Vinson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Mohamed tries to get to full guard but Vinson has control of the leg. Vinson is trying to control. Mohamed wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Vinson is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Mohamed is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Mohamed trying to hold on to Vinson's head to control him but Vinson postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Mohamed keeps the fight on the outside. Mohamed gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vinson misses with a punch to the body.
Vinson breaks the clinch.
Mohamed will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mohamed closes the distance and clinches. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Vinson. Vinson has Mohamed pressed against the cage.
Vinson is trying to force a seperation but Mohamed has the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mohamed tries to break free but Vinson pushes him back against the cage. Vinson tries to break the clinch but Mohamed is controlling the position. Vinson displaying some good clinch control by pressing Mohamed up against the cage. Vinson working hard to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Vinson looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Vinson has had enough of the clinch but Mohamed keeps him there for the moment. Mohamed tries to break the clinch but Vinson is controlling the position. Vinson breaks from the clinch.
Mohamed looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Vinson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Nice shot by Mohamed.
It looks like Mike Vinson has been cut. Mohamed moves into range and connects with a jab. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mohamed misses with a few strikes there.
Vinson is looking to counter punch. Mohamed dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Mohamed swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Khadafh Mohamed showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Mike Vinson's cut. That's time! Vinson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!
Mohamed lands an uppercut, right on the button! Vinson tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
