Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Amos Oz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bastian Westchian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Amos Oz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bastian Westchian! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Westchian dives in for a single leg takedown but Oz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Westchian fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Oz gets tackled into the cage by Westchian. Westchian maintains the clinch. Oz lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Bastian Westchian has been cut. Westchian blocks the elbow strike.
Oz throws an elbow but it misses.
Oz creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Westchian gets control of Oz's arms and successfully pulls guard. Westchian will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Westchian trying to keep a closed guard but Oz is proving a slippery customer.
Oz trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oz is looking to stand up but Westchian won't let him. Westchian manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Oz manages to get himself to full guard.
Oz has control of Westchian's left arm, preventing Westchian from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Westchian trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Westchian trying to control the position from guard on top but Oz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Oz working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Westchian. Oz wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Westchian stays in close to Oz's body and controls the position. Westchian wants to control from the top but Oz keeps moving. Oz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Westchian on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Westchian won't allow Oz to sweep him here. Westchian has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Oz is proving hard to escape from.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Westchian keeps the fight on the outside. Westchian fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Oz tries to clinch but fails miserably and Westchian counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Westchian sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Oz defending well though. Oz trying to hold on to Westchian's head to control him but Westchian postures up.
Westchian is keen to just control but Oz is a slippery customer. Westchian has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Oz tries to kick Westchian off but Westchian keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Westchian takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Oz controlling the position well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oz is trying to stand up here but Westchian is controlling him well.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Oz shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Westchian is trying to defend but Oz finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Westchian trying to hold on to Oz's head to control him but Oz postures up.
Westchian is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Oz pulls his head out easily. Still in half guard, Oz seems content to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Westchian flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Westchian is pressing down on Oz's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Oz would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Oz looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Westchian trying to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bastian Westchian dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Oz stuffs the takedown attempt from Westchian. Westchian gets slowly back to his feet. Oz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Westchian. Westchian fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Oz avoids it really well and circles away. Amos Oz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bastian Westchian. Oz shoots in and drives through. Westchian sprawls well. Westchian feints the counter takedown. Oz misses with a looping right. Oz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Westchian pinned against the cage. Westchian gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oz gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Oz lands an elbow that stopped Westchian in his tracks for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Westchian tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Oz. Westchian changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Oz fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Westchian closes this distance looking for a takedown but Oz circles away. Oz misses with a looping right. Oz is trying hard to land a takedown here. Westchian sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Westchian tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Oz shoots in and bounces Westchian off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Westchian striking off his back but it's not causing Oz any problems. Westchian can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Oz controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oz being controlled here momentarily. Westchian keeping full guard, as Oz tries to pass. Westchian is trying to control the position but Oz postures up. Westchian being controlled here, momentarily.

That has opened up Bastian Westchian's cut even more. Oz lands an elbow just above Westchian 's eye. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Oz just misses with a elbow thrown towards Westchian's brow. Westchian avoids the elbow strike from Oz, against the cage.
Westchian takes an elbow to the temple.
The cut above Bastian Westchian's eye is starting to cause him problems now. A nice glancing elbow lands by Oz.
Bastian Westchian's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bastian Westchian's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
