Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucien Larson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zenek Zbyszek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zenek Zbyszek has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lucien Larson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zenek Zbyszek! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zbyszek throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Larson counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Larson. Nice elbow from Larson. Larson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Zbyszek wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Zbyszek is trying to break free. Larson jumps guard but Zbyszek turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Larson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Zbyszek walks away with a smile on his face. Larson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Zbyszek throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Larson tries to counter with a takedown but Zbyszek is quick to defend against it. Zbyszek falls off balance throwing a combination
and Larson decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Zbyszek's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Larson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Zbyszek is looking to sweep but instead, Larson has passed into half guard.
Larson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Zbyszek is just riding it out for now. Larson eventually gives up the hold. Larson prevents Zbyszek from improving his position. Larson stands up from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Good standup being displayed there by Zbyszek as he connects with a hook.
It looks like Lucien Larson has been cut. Zbyszek misses with a two punch combination.
Zbyszek displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Larson. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucien Larson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Larson shoots in but no luck this time. Zbyszek throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Larson. Larson tries to counter by clinching up but Zbyszek breaks away and moves out of range. Zbyszek misses with a combination
letting Larson counter with a right hand. No joy there for Zbyszek, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Zbyszek takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Larson dodges the punch combination from Zbyszek.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Larson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Zbyszek is fending him off so far but Larson persists. Nope, Zbyszek circles away and we're back to standing. Zbyszek scores with a punch to the head. Zbyszek fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Zenek Zbyszek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Larson dodges the punch combination from Zbyszek.

Larson pushes Zbyszek against the cage but Zbyszek circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Zbyszek is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Zenek Zbyszek is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Zbyszek misses with a two punch combination.
Zbyszek will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Zbyszek looks winded! A momentary lapse in concentration from Zbyszek enables Larson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Zbyszek manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zbyszek can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Larson postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Zbyszek controls Larson momentarily but Larson frees himself. Larson slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Larson scores with a couple of short elbows. Larson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Zbyszek, who protects the arm well. Larson stands up and we're back to a striking position. Zbyszek misses with a straight right. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lucien Larson will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Lucien Larson's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Larson drives through with a takedown into guard. Larson cracks Zbyszek with a solid left hand. Larson drops back looking for a leg! Zbyszek is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Zbyszek manages to kick Larson off! Larson jumps back into Zbyszek's guard. Zbyszek is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Zbyszek is trying to control the position from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Larson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Zbyszek's head. Zbyszek tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Larson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Zbyszek throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Larson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Zbyszek lands a jab-cross combination. You can follow us on Twitter at...Ooooooh Larson got wobbled bad by a big combination! Zbyszek presses forward with punches and knees until Larson stumbles to the ground! The ref watches Larson closely before deciding to step in and end the fight!
