Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Francois Van Steyne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marius Zaromskick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Van Steyne's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, When Angels Cry. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Francois Van Steyne! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marius Zaromskick! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zaromskick slips under a jab. Zaromskick shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Zaromskick fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Zaromskick throws a hook but Van Steyne avoids it easily. Van Steyne's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Zaromskick connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Van Steyne scrambles back to his feet. Zaromskick avoids the head kick by Van Steyne.
Zaromskick cracks the inside of Van Steyne's front leg. Zaromskick throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Van Steyne throws a leg kick but Zaromskick sees it coming and moves out of range. We've been informed that Zaromskick has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Van Steyne misses with a looping right. Zaromskick lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Zaromskick buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Zaromskick will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Zaromskick misses with a right hand and Van Steyne counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Marius Zaromskick has been cut. Zaromskick scores with the left hand. Van Steyne knows he should have avoided that one. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Van Steyne doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. A nice inside leg kick there by Zaromskick. That's going to slow Van Steyne down. Zaromskick clobbers Van Steyne with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zaromskick slips a straight right by Van Steyne. Zaromskick connects with a nice looking jab.
Zaromskick lands a lovely overhand right. Zaromskick tries to land a body kick and Van Steyne counters with a nice uppercut. Zaromskick throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Zaromskick slips a jab from Van Steyne. Zaromskick misses with a looping left. Zaromskick throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Zaromskick avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Van Steyne uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Zaromskick. A jab from Van Steyne does it's job there. Van Steyne misses with a head kick.
Zaromskick takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Zaromskick lands a glancing blow to the side of Van Steyne's head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nice body kick from Zaromskick. Zaromskick misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Van Steyne on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Zaromskick misses with a straight right. Zaromskick connects with an inside leg kick. Van Steyne missing with a left hand there. Zaromskick was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Van Steyne on the wrong end of a nice hook. Zaromskick throws a body kick that misses. Zaromskick swings and misses with a shot to the body and Van Steyne counters with a lovely straight right hand! Van Steyne listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Zaromskick lands a slapping body shot.
Zaromskick fails to land with a series of punches.
Zaromskick closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Zaromskick is rocked! Van Steyne is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Van Steyne takes the fight into the clinch. Zaromskick is still on wobbly legs! Can Van Steyne finish him? Van Steyne taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Van Steyne escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Van Steyne is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Van Steyne connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Zaromskick out cold! This one is over in a flash!
