Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Freddie Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torres has chosen When the Shit Goes Down as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Freddie Bishop! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jose Torres! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bishop connects with a single shot there. Bishop lands a nice looking body kick. Torres throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Torres takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Bishop throws a leg kick which misses Torres's front leg but catches the back leg as Torres tries to avoid it. An inside leg kick lands from Bishop. Bishop checks the leg kick. Bishop connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Torres forces Bishop back against the ropes and clinches. Torres lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Freddie Bishop has been cut. Torres told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight. Bishop lands with a short head shot on the inside. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Torres can't find room to land a body shot as Bishop controls the action.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Bishop. Bishop has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Bishop gets through Torres's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Bishop creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Torres is rocked! Bishop misses with a knee to the head. Torres is still on wobbly legs! Can Bishop finish him? Bishop misses with some punches.
Torres seems to have recovered his senses. Bishop misses with a knee to the head. Torres blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Bishop working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Torres's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
That's one minute gone in the round. Bishop tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Bishop lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Bishop throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Torres blocks it with crossed arms. Torres avoiding damage as Bishop throws knees to the body.
Torres on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Torres is looking to control Bishop's arms but Bishop gets an underhook and turns him. Now Torres has his back to the ropes. Bishop misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Torres.
Torres using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Bishop has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Torres blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Torres. Bishop misses with a punch on the inside.
Torres blocks an uppercut.
Torres tries a body shot but Bishop blocks it.

Bishop lands a hook that snaps the head of Torres backwards. Torres blocking some punches.
A nice right hand lands inside from Bishop.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Torres throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Torres lands with a short head shot on the inside. Torres tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Bishop avoids it. Bishop avoids a wild elbow strike from Torres. Torres utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bishop scores with a nice hook to the head. Torres misses with a short punch on the inside. Torres blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A head punch on the inside from Bishop fails to land. Bishop lands a good knee to the midsection. Torres won't want to take too many of those. Bishop is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. A short right from Bishop. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bishop. Bishop managing to block the knees to the body from Torres.
Bishop lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Torres has had enough of the clinch but Bishop keeps him there for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Freddie Bishop dominated that round. The cut man is working on Freddie Bishop's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Torres comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Bishop instigates a clinch. Bishop tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Bishop escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bishop is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. A nice leg kick lands there from Bishop. Torres throws a body punch but Bishop moves out of range. Torres misses the shot to the body. Torres throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. As Torres tries to get set, Bishop tries to push him back and clinch up but Torres manages to avoid the attempt. Torres tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bishop was well out of range. Poor timing from Torres. Bishop thows a left - swing and a miss! Torres looks to throw the jab but Bishop is out of range. Bishop throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Torres on the side of the head. Bishop scores with a kick to the midsection. Bishop thuds a left hand into Torres's body. Freddie Bishop is winning the standup battle so far. Torres blocks the body kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jab, jab by Bishop - just one landing. Bishop catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Torres stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Torres walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on! Torres is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bishop rather than just go for the knockout. Torres is breathing heavily. Bishop weaves into range and cracks Torres right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Torres goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Bishop is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Freddie Bishop! Jose Torres spoke after the fight, saying 'Ill be Back'.
