Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Maximus Meridius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vash Gregovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gregovich has chosen The Blitzkrieg Bop as his entrance music. Vash Gregovich is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Gregovich is trying to break the clinch but Meridius has him pressed against the cage.
Meridius tries to pull guard but Gregovich holds him up against the cage and eventually Meridius drops back down to his feet.
Meridius manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Gregovich wants to get up but he can't break Meridius's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Meridius throws his legs up looking for a submission but Gregovich uses it to pass to side control.

Meridius tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gregovich smiles and moves away.
No joy there for Gregovich, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Meridius jumps guard but Gregovich stands there with Meridius around his waist. Meridius gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Gregovich breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Meridius looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gregovich is fending him off so far but Meridius persists. Nope, Gregovich circles away and we're back to standing.
Gregovich clinches up with Meridius and pushes him back against the cage.
Meridius jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gregovich walks away with a smile on his face. Meridius gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Meridius shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gregovich but Gregovich pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gregovich lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Meridius has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Meridius and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Gregovich lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Meridius backs up against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gregovich throws a body punch but Meridius moves out of range.
Gregovich misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The fighters circling - Gregovich throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Meridius closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gregovich to the mat! Gregovich manages to get full guard.

Meridius sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gregovich's guard.
Meridius is working for a submission of some sort.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Meridius is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Meridius working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Gregovich's thigh. Gregovich counters though and makes it back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gregovich has his feet on Meridius's thighs here. He's pushed Meridius off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Meridius screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
