Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keijo Virtanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Lazaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Virtanen comes to the cage accompanied by Maamme Laulu. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Bart Greer and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Virtanen throws a hook but Lazaro blocks it.
A nice side step and Lazaro releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Virtanen tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lazaro defends well and Virtanen ends up having to push Lazaro into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Virtanen misses with an uppercut.
Lazaro tries to counter with a clinch but Virtanen shakes him off and moves away.
A shot to the body from Lazaro misses
and Virtanen counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Virtanen tries to pass to full mount but Lazaro defends it.
Virtanen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lazaro doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Virtanen.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Virtanen maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Lazaro could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Virtanen has cracked it and Lazaro is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Virtanen!
