Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John fedor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pelle Larsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
fedor takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
fedor will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Larsson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Larsson throws a combination that misses
and fedor counters with a one-two to the body.
Larsson tries for a takedown but fedor circles away easily
enabling fedor to counter with a crisp jab.
fedor throws the kick towards the body but Larsson avoids it.
Larsson fails with an attempt to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Larsson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Larsson throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! fedor crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Larsson - the referee stops the clock and fedor gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Larsson. fedor manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

fedor throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Larsson stumbling backwards into the cage! Larsson bounces back off the cage towards fedor, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! fedor lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! fedor celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
