Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrus Laane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Degrizz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laane comes to the cage accompanied by Sans Pression - Numero 1. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laane lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Jim Degrizz has been cut.
Laane misses with the body kick
and Degrizz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Degrizz lands a nice hook to Laane's body. Laane takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Laane swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Degrizz throws a looping overhand right but Laane ducks down to avoid it.
Laane fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Laane rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Degrizz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Degrizz throws a big counter head kick but Laane avoids it with no problem.
Laane gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Degrizz manages to break the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Degrizz connects with a looping right hand.
Laane swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Laane goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Laane throws a nice inside leg kick.
Degrizz takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Degrizz moves into the clinch.
Laane's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Laane throws a sloppy head kick and Degrizz moves out of range easily.
As Laane backs off Degrizz throws a huge counter combo but Laane manages to avoid it all.
Degrizz dodges the punch combination from Laane.
Degrizz slips a jab and a cross from Laane.
Degrizz throws a fast counter high kick but Laane manages to duck under it in time.
Laane throws a nice looking combination but Degrizz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Degrizz throws a big shot that misses.
Degrizz avoids a punch combination nicely.
Degrizz checks the leg kick.

Laane tries to clinch up but Degrizz circles away and keeps his distance.
Degrizz unleashes a big counter combination but Laane bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Degrizz throws a jab when Laane was well out of range.
Degrizz moves in looking to clinch but Laane pushes him off.
Degrizz blocks a jab.
Degrizz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Laane is looking to clinch but Degrizz is avoiding it.
Degrizz throws a hook but Laane avoids it easily.
Degrizz looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Laane gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Laane pushes Degrizz back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Laane throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Degrizz throws a body punch but Laane moves out of range.
Laane misses with a series of wild punches.

and Degrizz counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Laane!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Degrizz has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Laane!
Laane is squirming around, avoiding Degrizz's attempts to control the action.
Laane is working to get back to half guard.
Laane is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Rape Academy, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Laane won't enjoy being in this position. Degrizz looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Laane is tapping - it's over boys! Degrizz picks up the submission victory!

A relieved looking Jim Degrizz thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
