Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arshnoor Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ryan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I'd Love to Knock the Hell out of You by Hank Williams, Jr. Singh has chosen 2Pac - Hit 'Em Up as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
25 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Ryan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arshnoor Singh! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Singh as he jumps to the side. Singh displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ryan. Singh throws a leg kick but Ryan sees it coming and moves out of range. Ryan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Ryan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ryan shoots in for a double leg but Singh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Singh only half commits to the counter leg kick. Singh lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Singh fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ryan manages to avoid it. Singh scoring well with a low kick there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ryan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Singh moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Singh cracks a nice hook into Ryan's ribs. Singh uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ryan has time to react. Singh wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round. Singh throws the kick towards the body but Ryan avoids it. Ryan appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Ryan shoots in for a takedown but Singh shows good takedown defense. Singh is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Ryan connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Singh blocks a head kick by Ryan.
Decent striking displayed by Singh there. Ryan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Singh tries to avoid it but Ryan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Singh to the ground. Singh escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Singh lands an overhand right. Ryan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Singh's waist but Singh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ryan off to one side. Ryan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Singh looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Singh is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ryan off and has taken his back! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Singh has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Ryan's body.
Singh's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Ryan is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at LOD: Stockton Cardio that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ryan trying to get back to his feet but Singh is in full control for now. Singh controlling from the back. Ryan is trying to stand back up.

Ryan wants to get back to his feet. Singh has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Ryan's body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Singh controls the action. Ryan is trying to stand back up. What can Ryan do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Arshnoor Singh dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Singh takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Singh fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ryan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Singh displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ryan throws out the jab. Singh throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Ryan on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Daniel Ryan has been cut. Singh lands with a right hand. Singh with a body punch. A glancing blow. Singh turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Ryan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A momentary lapse in concentration from Singh enables Ryan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Singh manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ryan slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Ryan throwing shots but missing, from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Singh is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Singh struggling a bit here. Daniel Ryan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Ryan lands a few punches from side control. Singh prevents Ryan from improving position. Ryan decides to stand back up. Ryan steps back and let's Singh get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Ryan shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Singh manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Ryan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Singh swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ryan trying to control but Singh is working from the bottom. Ryan thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Singh keeping moving, preventing Ryan from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ryan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Ryan stands up and waves to Singh to follow him. Ryan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Singh circles away. Ryan shoots in for a takedown but Singh shows good takedown defense. Singh dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Singh stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Singh wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Ryan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Singh throws a wild body kick that Ryan sees coming a mile off. Ryan throws a head kick that misses letting Singh counter with a right hand. Singh has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Ryan takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Ryan cracks Singh with an open hand slap. Ryan showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Singh.
Singh has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ryan darts in looking for a takedown but Singh gets double underhooks and turns Ryan into the cage. Singh fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ryan. A clash of legs there as Ryan blocks the low kick. Singh scores with a leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Singh slips under a jab from Ryan. Singh tries a quick counter leg kick but Ryan is wise to it. Ryan fails to land the takedown. Singh now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Ryan on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Arshnoor Singh showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Daniel Ryan's cut. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Ryan takes a body punch but keeps moving. Singh lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Singh throws a nice inside leg kick. Singh digs a good body shot into Ryan's ribs. Good exchange - Singh coming out on top. Nice cross by Singh. Ryan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Ryan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Singh's half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Singh wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Singh. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Ryan is working for a submission of some sort.
Singh keeping hold of Ryan's head, controlling as best he can. Well, if Ryan is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Ryan missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Arshnoor Singh is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Singh changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Arshnoor Singh is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Singh looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Ryan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ryan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Ryan is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Singh scores with a sloppy right hand. Ryan should have avoided that one. Ryan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Singh is fending him off so far but Ryan persists. Nope, Singh circles away and we're back to standing. Singh lands a front kick. Nice takedown defense from Singh. No joy for Ryan on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Ryan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Ryan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Singh dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Ryan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Singh counters with a slapping leg kick. Singh throws a nice looking combination but Ryan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ryan shoots and misses and Singh makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Ryan really felt that one! That kick from Singh tenderised Ryan's leg. Ryan is trying to keep his angry face on. Ryan throws a head kick but Singh moves out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Singh! But no joy. Singh cracks the inside of Ryan's front leg. Singh feints and then cracks Ryan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ryan down. Singh with a body punch. A glancing blow. Ryan with a poor takedown and Singh counters with a left to the body. Ryan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Singh counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Singh wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ryan fails with the takedown. Singh turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. A slapping leg kick lands for Singh.
Ryan throws a head kick that misses. Singh keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ryan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Singh - the referee stops the clock and Ryan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Singh. Ryan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Singh lands a leg kick that knocks Ryan off balance momentarily. Singh misses with a two punch combination.
Daniel Ryan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Singh throws a shot to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Arshnoor Singh comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Singh winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
