Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Raekwon The Chef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinnie Vincent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Chef's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Knuckleheadz - Raekwon. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vinnie Vincent!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Chef throws out a loose jab but Vincent uses good head movement to avoid it.
A clash of legs there as Vincent blocks the low kick.
Vincent misses with the combination.
Vincent fakes the leg kick and cracks The Chef in the body.

The Chef gets tackled into the cage by Vincent. Vincent maintains the clinch.

It seemed like Vincent was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

The Chef throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Vincent throws a strike but The Chef rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Vincent is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and The Chef defends it well.
