Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Simon Browne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rockmeteller Todd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Browne comes to the cage accompanied by Bloodsport for all !!. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Simon Browne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rockmeteller Todd!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Browne scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Browne controlling from side mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Browne trying to control the position but Todd is working away.
Browne is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Todd's shoulder. That is not cool.

Todd wants to control but Browne postures up.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Browne advances to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Todd felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Browne looking to control but Todd is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Browne takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Browne seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Todd for as long as he can get away with.
Browne wants to take his opponent's back but Todd doesn't allow it.
Browne wants to control the pace but Todd is squirming around nicely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Todd is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Todd has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Browne's lack of action.
Browne is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Todd won't allow Browne to pass to mount.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Browne with a lazy takedown attempt
and Todd counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Browne walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Browne tries to clinch up but Todd circles away and keeps his distance.
Browne throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Todd's waist but Todd gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Browne off to one side.
Todd thumps Browne with a low kick.
Browne fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Simon Browne. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Browne shoots in and drives through. Todd sprawls well.

and Todd counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Todd connects with a solid leg kick.
Todd lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Browne falls backwards - clearly groggy! Todd dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rockmeteller Todd!
During a confident post fight interview, Rockmeteller Todd thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
In defeat, Simon Browne stepped up to the mic, saying 'Well, fuck me ...'.
