Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ragnar Danneskjöld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antoni Kristofer Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antoni Kristofer Hong has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ragnar Danneskjöld! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Antoni Kristofer Hong! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hong throws a leg kick that is checked and Danneskjöld counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Danneskjöld throwing shots but Hong is blocking nicely. Hong gets full guard. Hong bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Danneskjöld's guard.
Hong has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Mandirigmang Pilipino. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Danneskjöld has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Danneskjöld looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hong wants to control from the top but Danneskjöld keeps moving. Hong controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Hong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Danneskjöld thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Hong controlling from the top position. Danneskjöld throws his legs up looking for a submission but Hong uses it to pass to side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Danneskjöld tries to hold on but Hong postures up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Danneskjöld flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

Hong is desperately trying to improve his position but Danneskjöld has a good base and remains in mount. Danneskjöld sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Hong keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Hong tries to lock up and control but Danneskjöld gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hong holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Danneskjöld tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Danneskjöld takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Danneskjöld gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Hong counters with a low kick, right behind Danneskjöld 's knee. Hong lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Danneskjöld swings and misses with a shot to the body and Hong counters with a nice uppercut.
Danneskjöld is rocked! Hong throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Oh Danneskjöld is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hong cracks Danneskjöld with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Danneskjöld looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hong finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Danneskjöld shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hong sprawls well. Hong wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Danneskjöld gets slowly back to his feet. Danneskjöld tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Danneskjöld seems to have got his legs back now. Danneskjöld takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Antoni Kristofer Hong! Antoni Kristofer Hong decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. Ragnar Danneskjöld was interviewed post fight and said 'Who is John Galt?'.
