The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hong throws a leg kick that is checked

Danneskj�ld takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Danneskj�ld gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hong counters with a low kick, right behind Danneskj�ld 's knee.
Hong lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Hong counters with a nice uppercut.

Hong throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Oh Danneskj�ld is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hong cracks Danneskj�ld with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Danneskj�ld looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away� can Hong finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Danneskj�ld shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hong sprawls well. Hong wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Danneskj�ld gets slowly back to his feet.
Danneskj�ld tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Hong lands a big head kick that sends Danneskj�ld to the canvas! Hong follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Antoni Kristofer Hong decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Ragnar Danneskj�ld was interviewed post fight and said 'Who is John Galt?'.
