Miranda is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Duran Duran - The Wild Boys. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miranda lands a left and a right that send Reed crashing to the mat, dazed. Miranda thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Danilo Reed has been cut.
Miranda has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Reed shoots in for a double leg but Miranda sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Miranda wants to clinch.
Miranda closes the distance and clinches.
Miranda breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Cristiano Miranda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Miranda throws a sloppy head kick and Reed moves out of range easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Reed avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Reed attempts a counter takedown but Miranda avoids it well and moves away.
Miranda connects with a combination that backs up Reed into the cage. Miranda lands a flurry of punches that gets past Reed's guard. Reed is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Miranda bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cristiano Miranda!
After winning the bout, Cristiano Miranda thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
