Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ross Rhea!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rhea lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rhust circles away quickly and effectively.
Rhea drops his hands momentarily and Rhust takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Rhust misses with a looping left.
Rhea keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rhea throws a nice looking combination but Rhust bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Rhust ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rhea moves away.
Liyak Rhust seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rhea bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Rhust drives through with a takedown into guard.
Rhea looking to control.
Rhea is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Rhust pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rhea is keeping the position for now.
Rhust trying to control the position from guard on top but Rhea is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Rhust knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rhea on the ground.

Rhust is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Rhea is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rhust is aware though and is defending well.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rhust accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Rhust keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rhea's head.
Rhust wants to control from the top but Rhea keeps moving.
Rhust content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Rhust is working Rhea over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Rhust trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Rhust postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Rhust lands a couple of elbows.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rhust throws a big elbow that misses.
Rhust looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Rhea has his foot on Rhust's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rhust works his way back into a safe position though.

Rhust throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rhea works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Rhust throwing strikes but missing.
Rhust trying to control the position from guard on top but Rhea is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Rhea wants to stand up but Rhust is controlling him.

Rhea has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Rhust doesn't defend quickly enough and Rhea has managed to lock this one up! Can Rhust escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Rhea on a fantastic submission victory.

A very excited looking Ross Rhea rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
