Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Klas Micropop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Micropop comes into the arena with Killer Instinct blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

37 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Klas Micropop!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Drake!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Micropop misses with a body kick.
Micropop scores with a jab to the body.
Micropop's jab looks to have found its range, popping Drake under the eye.
Drake takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Micropop throws a shot from downtown. Drake moves away and avoids it.
Micropop scores with a body shot.
A leg kick checked by Drake.
Drake throws a lazy head kick
and Micropop counters with a straight right hand.
Micropop bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Drake throws a leg kick but Micropop sees it coming and moves out of range.
Micropop throws a body punch but Drake moves out of range.
Micropop misses the shot to the body.
Micropop throws a jab when Drake was well out of range.
Drake swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Micropop scores with a crisp jab that stopped Drake in his tracks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Drake closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
It looks like David Drake has been cut.
Micropop uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Drake.
Drake blocks a head kick by Micropop.
Drake slips a straight right by Micropop.
Micropop has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Drake.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Micropop fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Micropop scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Drake is rocked!
Drake backs away from a small jab... but Micropop lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Drake crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Micropop with a spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Klas Micropop!
Klas Micropop decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
