The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thatch misses with a body shot.
Angstrom follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Angstrom on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Donk. Thatch catches Angstrom right on the button with a cross.
Thatch fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Thatch scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Angstrom doesn't seem bothered though.

Thatch lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Thatch thuds a left hand into Angstrom's body.

Angstrom needs to keep his hands up - Thatch had a free shot at his head there.

Thatch is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Angstrom takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

and Thatch counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Angstrom! He's just covering up as Thatch starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
