and Grabovski counters with a takedown into side control.

Landry is trying to control Grabovski's posture but Grabovski avoids it.
Grabovski is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Landry is trying to escape and Grabovski transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Landry is forced to tap! Nice work there by Grabovski! Very nice indeed!
