Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dallas Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
31 - 28 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dallas Riley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Phil Brooks! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riley shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Brooks napping and manages to drive through into side control! Brooks tries to get back to half guard but can't. Riley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Riley wants to stand but Brooks is controlling his arm. Riley thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Brooks tries to get back to half guard but can't. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Riley has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Riley stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Riley wants it to stay on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Riley misses with a takedown so Brooks counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Riley is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Riley will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Riley wants to get back to his feet but Brooks is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Riley tries to land a sweep but no joy. Riley looking to control but Brooks passes into half guard.
Brooks is working for a submission of some sort.
Brooks trying to work for an americana but Riley has managed to regain full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Riley wants to control but Brooks passes easily into half guard.
Riley is looking to improve his position.
Brooks tries to pass the half guard into mount. Riley knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Brooks keeps trying to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brooks is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Brooks is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Riley has managed to free his arm - good work. Riley trying to control from the bottom.
Brooks looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Brooks wants to pass the guard but Riley is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Brooks is working for a submission of some sort.
Brooks tries to pass to full mount but Riley defends it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Riley is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Phil Brooks dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Riley throws a quick inside leg kick. Riley scores with a body shot.
Brooks shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Riley defends it nicely. Riley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Brooks has his foot on Riley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Riley works his way back into a safe position though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brooks lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Brooks wants to pass the guard but Riley is keeping the position. Riley is pulling down on Brooks's head. It's preventing any offense from Brooks, at least for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brooks lying in Riley's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Riley decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Brooks taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
