Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ian Turner!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Turner lands a leg kick that knocks Laston off balance momentarily.
Turner scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Turner scores with a jab to the body.
Laston walks into a left hand.
Turner lands a jab to the head.
Laston blocks a head kick by Turner.
Turner lands a jab to the head.
A shot to the liver by Turner. Beautiful body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Turner explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Turner fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Laston.

It looks like Josh Laston has been cut.
A left lands for Turner.

Turner feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lastons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Turner connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Turner throws a head kick but Laston moves out of range.
Turner fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Laston has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Turner, as that shot connected.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Turner moves into the clinch successfully.
Laston jumps guard but Turner turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Laston tries to pull guard but Turner holds him up against the cage and eventually Laston drops back down to his feet.
Turner lands an elbow inside that Laston shrugs off.
Laston fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josh Laston. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Turner lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Laston tries to pull guard but Turner forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Nice body punch from Turner.

Laston tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Laston tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Turner smiles and moves away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ian Turner dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Josh Laston's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


A punch lands to the side of Laston 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Turner stuns Laston with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
A chopping leg kick lands by Turner.
Turner fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Turner scores with a crisp jab that stopped Laston in his tracks.
Ian Turner seems to be getting the better of the standup.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Turner connects with a body shot that sends Laston's belly button to the back.
Turner has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Laston is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Turner ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Turner. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Turner.


Laston is rocked!

Turner scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Laston is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Turner cracks a nice hook into Laston's ribs.
Laston seems to have got his legs back now.
Turner digs a good hook to Laston's body.
That kick from Turner tenderised Laston's leg. Laston is trying to keep his angry face on.
Turner lands a nice looking body kick.
Ian Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Turner drops Laston with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Laston looks back up at him and smiles so Turner waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Are you kidding me?! Turner ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Laston clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ian Turner!
In defeat, Josh Laston stepped up to the mic, saying 'I loss, so what I will come back, and you will see a better me.'.
