Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damien Brock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyrie Irving (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kyrie Irving! The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Darius Henderson and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Brock. Brock looking to score a takedown here. Irving is defending well but Brock drives through and ends up in Irving's guard. Irving working a defensive guard here.
Brock is in close to Irving's body, working some short punches and elbows. Irving avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brock stopping the sweep attempt from Irving. Brock stops Irving from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brock is standing up over Irving. Irving looks to escape but Brock dives into side control.
Irving is trying to control Brock's posture but Brock avoids it. Irving is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Irving controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Irving is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Brock jumps into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. I wouldn't like to be where Irving is right now. Irving looking for a sweep but Brock has passed into full mount! Oh no! Irving wants to hold on but Brock pushes him away. Irving tries to reverse the position but Brock maintains control. Irving keeps trying to improve his position. Irving is still trying to improve position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Irving is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Brock punishing his opponent with strikes. Brock avoids the attempt from Irving to control. Brock lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Irving tries to get back to half guard but can't. Brock lands a heavy elbow. Irving is trying desperately to improve position. Irving tries to hold on but Brock postures up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Irving tries to get back to half guard but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Damien Brock dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Irving misses the shot to the body. Irving tries a head kick but it misses.
Kyrie Irving seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brock gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Brock trying to keep a closed guard but Irving is proving a slippery customer.
Brock is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Irving can do to turn this around? Brock wants to hit a switch here but Irving passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Brock there! Brock tries to lock up and control but Irving gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Irving dominating with strikes here. Brock is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Irving throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Irving avoids the attempt from Brock to control. Irving controlling his opponent. Irving goes for an armbar but Brock turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Brock.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brock throwing strikes but missing. Brock preventing the sweep. Irving working a defensive guard but Brock passes into half guard.
Brock throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Irving is trying to control but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Irving wants to get back to his feet.
Irving tries to roll over but Brock keeps him under control. Irving manages to get to full guard.
Brock is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Irving is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Brock accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Brock gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Irving to score an easy takedown into full guard. Brock is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Irving controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kyrie Irving showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Irving looking to score a takedown here. Brock is defending well but Irving drives through and ends up in Brock's guard. Brock wants to sweep but no luck. Irving tries to free his leg and advance position but Brock is retaining full guard. Damien Brock overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Brock can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Irving controls the pace. Let's hope that Irving has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brock trying to control the position here. Brock keeping moving, preventing Irving from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brock pulls Irving in close to his closed guard and prevents Irving from doing any damage or advancing position. Brock's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Irving fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Brock to the ground. Irving is now in Brock's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brock trying to strike off his back.
Irving stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brock swivels though and keeps the full guard. Brock has Irving pulled in close to control his posture. Brock is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Irving blocking the ground and pound attempt from Brock.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brock prevents Irving from standing back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brock prevents Irving from improving his position. Irving tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Brock manages to move to mount!
Irving is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Brock is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Irving can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Damien Brock. I think Brock has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
