Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandr Kozlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Octavius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kozlov comes to the cage accompanied by Patrioticheskaya Pesnya. Julius Octavius told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Kozlov.
A bone on bone clash there as Kozlov blocks the leg kick.
Kozlov throws a shot from downtown. Octavius moves away and avoids it.
Octavius lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Octavius lands with a thumping leg kick.
We've been informed that Octavius has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Kozlov rushes Octavius and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Kozlov lands an elbow just above Octavius 's eye.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Kozlov misses with an elbow strike.
Octavius decides to pull guard.
