Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Geriopta Hyuopater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Geriopta Hyuopater told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hyuopater doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hyuopater wants to clinch but Monroe slips to the side
and Monroe cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Monroe misses with a body kick.
Monroe lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Hyuopater misses with a takedown attempt
and Monroe cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Monroe throws a sloppy body shot
and Hyuopater counters with a left and a right that stings Monroe.
Hyuopater wants to clinch up but Monroe keeps it at a distance.
Monroe misses with a straight left.
Monroe takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hyuopater is rocked!
Monroe buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hyuopater is still on wobbly legs! Can Monroe finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hyuopater is holding his hands too far apart here. Monroe throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Hyuopater is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
