Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elias Eberhard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Sirki� (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sirki� has chosen Thergothon - Elemental as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Elias Eberhard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
33 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Niko Sirki�! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Phil Schofield and James Atkins.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eberhard shoots in for a takedown but Sirki� shows good takedown defense. Sirki� changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Eberhard is looking to clinch but Sirki� is avoiding it.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Eberhard has Sirki� pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sirki� manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Eberhard tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Sirki� prevents a body shot from Eberhard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sirki� leaning his opponent against the cage.
Sirki� escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Eberhard fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sirki� sprawls well initially but Eberhard persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Sirki� wants to control but Eberhard is keeping busy and won't allow it. Eberhard throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Eberhard scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Eberhard not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Eberhard trying to control from half guard but Sirki� is working away. Eberhard throwing shots but Sirki� is blocking nicely. Eberhard lands strikes from half guard. Eberhard takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Sirki� gets full guard. Eberhard wants to pass the guard but Sirki� is keeping the position. Sirki� keeping moving, preventing Eberhard from controlling successfully.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Sirki� is controlling Eberhard's posture. Eberhard passes Sirki�'s right leg, so he's now in half guard. Sirki� trying to control here.
Nice strikes from Eberhard there. Eberhard not landing any meaningful shots this time. Sirki� on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Sirki� wants to control but Eberhard is keeping busy and won't allow it. Sirki� tries to roll over but Eberhard keeps him under control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Eberhard is looking to take a break and control but Sirki� is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sirki� is trying to get back to full guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Eberhard perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Eberhard working over Sirki� with some ground and pound. Sirki� looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Eberhard lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Sirki� trying to control here.
Eberhard wants to free his trapped foot but Sirki� is holding on for dear life with his legs. Sirki� moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Sirki� controlling Eberhard's posture. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sirki� is on top in guard.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Eberhard looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sirki� is one step ahead there. Sirki� scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Sirki� throwing strikes but missing. Sirki� postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Sirki� landing some decent shots from guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sirki� stands up out of Eberhard's guard for a moment - Eberhard manages to land a nice upkick. Sirki� passes into half guard. Eberhard has hold of Sirki�'s hands but Sirki� slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Elias Eberhard dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Eberhard shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sirki� pinned against the cage. Sirki� gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Sirki� with the counter takedown but Eberhard avoids it easily. Eberhard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sirki� tries to avoid it but Eberhard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sirki� to the ground. Sirki� escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Sirki� with the counter takedown but Eberhard avoids it easily. A jab from Eberhard does it's job there. Niko Sirki� is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Eberhard misses with an uppercut. Sirki� saw that one coming. Sirki� feints the counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eberhard dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Sirki� bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Sirki� with the counter takedown but Eberhard avoids it easily.

Sirki� is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Eberhard lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Eberhard scores with a nice strike. We've been told by Eberhard's head coaches at The Stray Dogs that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Eberhard is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Eberhard is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Sirki� can do to turn this around?

Sirki�'s corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Eberhard fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Elias Eberhard. That's going to take a lot out of him. Eberhard scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Eberhard just misses with a punch to the body.

Eberhard bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Sirki� dodges the ground and pound from Eberhard. Eberhard scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Sirki� to see if he's OK. Eberhard throws a strike aimed at the side of Sirki�'s head but Sirki� avoids it well. Eberhard working the ground and pound.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Sirki� is trying to get back to half guard. Sirki� manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Eberhard is trying to maintain the position but Sirki� is very close to passing his half guard. Sirki� slips a straight right by Eberhard. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Eberhard, as that shot connected.
Eberhard scores with the left hand. Sirki� knows he should have avoided that one. Eberhard wants to clinch up but Sirki� keeps it at a distance. Eberhard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sirki� paws at him with a jab and circles away. Sirki� feints the counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eberhard looks to score with a jab to the body but Sirki� is just out of range. No joy there for Eberhard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Eberhard cracks Sirki� with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Sirki� gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Eberhard. Eberhard tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sirki� defends well and Eberhard ends up having to push Sirki� into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Sirki� tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Sirki� keeping moving, preventing Eberhard from controlling successfully. Elias Eberhard overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sirki� manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Eberhard manages to get himself to full guard.

Sirki� throwing strikes but missing. Sirki� cracks Eberhard with a solid left hand. Niko Sirki� has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sirki� passes Eberhard's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Sirki� thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Eberhard's head. Eberhard wants to improve his position but Sirki� is controlling well.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sirki� lands strikes from half guard. Elias Eberhard is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Sirki� seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Eberhard has recovered full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Elias Eberhard. Well Eberhard has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
