Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between James Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pale Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ennio Morricone- The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Monster has chosen Therapy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Pale Monster!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Monster fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Miller manages to avoid it.

Miller got a little sloppy there for a moment and Monster has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Miller has managed to get both his arms back between Monster's legs - danger averted.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Monster is trying to drag Miller to the mat but Miller just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Monster steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Miller. That one must have hurt.
Miller throws a push kick but Monster slaps the foot to one side.
Monster drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Miller defends it well.

Miller seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Monster creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Miller sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

That was a close second round but I would say that James Miller will probably get the nod.

It looks like Pale Monster has been cut.
Miller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Miller wants it to stay on the feet.
Monster is still on wobbly legs! Can Miller finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Monster shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Miller pinned against the cage. Miller gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
James Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pale Monster.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Miller is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Monster has his foot on Miller's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Miller works his way back into a safe position though.

James Miller showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Miller, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A less than humble James Miller misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
In defeat, Pale Monster stepped up to the mic, saying 'Fought a good fight, beat me, that's all there is.'.
