Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Thump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mophaf Bungradidoa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bungradidoa takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

A head kick misses from Thump.
Bungradidoa flicks out a counter leg kick but Thump steps away.
Thump jabs Bungradidoa to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Thump dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bungradidoa. That did some damage!
Bungradidoa throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Thump tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bungradidoa is in Thump's guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Bungradidoa working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Thump will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Thump, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
