The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reigns misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lindsay dodges the punch combination from Reigns.
Reigns fails to land with a series of punches.
Reigns lands a jab.


It looks like Lionel Lindsay has been cut.

Lindsay misses with a wild combination.
Lindsay looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Reigns breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lindsay thows a body kick. Reigns tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Lindsay tries to close the distance and clinch but Reigns swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Reigns is looking for the big counter here.

Reigns jabs at Lindsay's body.
Lindsay throws the kick towards the body but Reigns avoids it.
Lindsay tests Reigns's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Reigns pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lindsay tries to counter with a takedown but Reigns is quick to defend against it.
Reigns rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lindsay moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ronald Reigns is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lindsay misses with a straight right.
Reigns throws a looping overhand right but Lindsay ducks down to avoid it.
A combination from Reigns does no damage.
Lindsay changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Reigns looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lindsay half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Reigns misses with a straight left.

Lindsay bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Lindsay has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Reigns dodges the ground and pound from Lindsay.

Lindsay tries for a kimura but Reigns is defending well.

Lindsay wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Reigns, who protects the arm well.

Lindsay tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lindsay has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Reigns is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Lindsay thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Lindsay slows the pace down.
Reigns is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Lindsay has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Lindsay lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Reigns down.
Reigns taking a bit of punishment here - Lindsay scoring with strikes.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lindsay wants to stand but Reigns is controlling his arm.

Lindsay in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Reigns looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Lindsay turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
