The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saades drops Max with a beautiful combination! Max stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Saades is looking for the KO!
It looks like Lleyton Max has been cut.
A thudding body kick lands there by Saades!
Saades connects with a jab.

Sloppy strikes from Max. Those never looked like landing.

Saades takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

No joy there for Max, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Max throws a series of strikes that have Saades backpedaling.
Saades tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Saades lands a nice leg kick that just misses Max's sensitive parts.
Max swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Lleyton Max seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Saades is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Saades and Max are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Saades throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Max into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Saades knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
