Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Webster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Doyles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Pablo Webster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad Doyles!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Webster moves into the clinch.

Webster's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Webster lands with a shot to the body.
Webster really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Doyles throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Webster tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Doyles is in Webster's guard.
Doyles works over Webster with some ground and pound from guard.
Doyles tries to stand but Webster is controlling from the bottom.
Doyles content to stall in guard here.
Webster is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Doyles is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Doyles throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Doyles trying to control but Webster is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Webster is trying to keep Doyles in close.
Doyles works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Doyles slows the pace down in half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Doyles stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

Doyles shoots in and gets a takedown into Webster's guard.
Doyles is looking to stand up but Webster won't let him.
Webster looking to hit a scissor sweep but Doyles is one step ahead there.
Doyles controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Doyles sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Webster's guard.

Webster is defending against the submission attempts here by Doyles.

Doyles seems to be looking for submissions.
It looks like Doyles is going to stand back up.
Doyles is looking to take a break and control but Webster is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Doyles stalling.

Doyles seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Doyles seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Webster trying to hold on to Doyles's head to control him but Doyles postures up.
Webster wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Doyles is taking a breather. Webster says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
We've been informed that Doyles has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Doyles not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Doyles looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Webster!
Webster is working to avoid the ground and pound but Doyles connects with a decent elbow.
Doyles works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Doyles slows the pace down.
Doyles looks up at the clock and then as Webster takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Doyles smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Doyles is looking to take a break and control but Webster is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Doyles has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Doyles shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Webster napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Webster bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

Doyles closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Doyles tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Doyles is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Webster knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
You can see the frustration on Webster's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Doyles is working Webster over with some ground and pound from side control.
Webster is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Doyles is controlling him well.

Doyles goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Webster rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Doyles's guard! Nice work there by Webster!

Doyles looking for a guillotine here but Webster defends easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Webster won't allow Doyles to get back to his feet.

Doyles is trying to control the position but Webster postures up.
Webster stopping the sweep attempt from Doyles.

Doyles working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Webster has passed into half guard!
Webster thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Doyles manages to get to full guard.
Doyles looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Doyles is on top in guard.

Doyles wants to control from the top but Webster keeps moving.
Doyles loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Webster is trying to control the position but Doyles postures up.

Doyles drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Doyles jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Doyles trying to control the position from guard on top but Webster is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brad Doyles showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Doyles throws a leg kick that is checked
and Webster cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Doyles throws a right and a left that both miss.

Webster forces Doyles back against the cage and clinches.

Doyles manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Webster knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Doyles on the ground.
Doyles preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Doyles is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Webster defends well.
Doyles pulls Webster in close to prevent any damage.

Webster is looking to stand up but Doyles won't let him.
Webster has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Doyles is looking to stand up but Webster isn't so interested in that idea.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Doyles gets the takedown into side control.
Doyles advances to full mount.

Doyles jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Webster is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Webster and Doyles has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Doyles trying to control the position but Webster is working away.

Doyles is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Webster has escaped the position, nice work there.

Webster wants to hold on but Doyles pushes him away.
Doyles wants to control the pace but Webster is squirming around nicely.
Doyles avoids the attempt from Webster to control.

Doyles is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Doyles extends the arm and Webster is forced to tap!
