The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones scores with a takedown into Silva's guard.
Jones tries to free his leg and advance position but Silva is retaining full guard.

Jones closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jones lands in his opponent's guard.

Jones is pushing Silva up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Silva avoiding damage as Jones throws knees to the body.
Silva doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jones rushes Silva and presses him up against the cage.
Jones breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Silva has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Jones is landing a low percentage of strikes.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Silva misses with a punch to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Griplock Jones dominated that second round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jones is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Silva can do to turn this around?
Jones misses with a few strikes there.
Despite the aggression on Silva's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Jones changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Silva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jones wants to take a breather but Silva manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Jones.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Griplock Jones.
Well Jones has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
