Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vadim Kalashnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karol Cropp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kalashnikov comes into the arena with Leningrad Cowboys - Those Were The Days blaring out of the sound system. Karol Cropp will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vadim Kalashnikov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
26 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Karol Cropp! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cropp closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kalashnikov quickly recovers to half guard. Kalashnikov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Cropp is working away from the top position though. Kalashnikov gets back to full guard.
Cropp's corner is telling him to maintain position. Cropp is fighting to break Kalashnikov's control of his arms but Kalashnikov is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Kalashnikov has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kalashnikov is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cropp slips nicely into half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Kalashnikov manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Kalashnikov pulls Cropp in close to prevent any damage. Kalashnikov wants to stand and escape but Cropp is having none of it. Kalashnikov is trying to control the position but Cropp postures up.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Cropp misses with a right hand and Kalashnikov counters with a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kalashnikov lands a front kick. Kalashnikov's jab looks to have found its range, popping Cropp under the eye. Cropp bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Cropp connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kalashnikov momentarily.
Cropp misses with a low kick.
Kalashnikov lands a big uppercut and Cropp crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Cropp looks OK. Kalashnikov waves Cropp back to his feet!
It looks like Karol Cropp has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cropp lands with a straight right. Kalashnikov didn't see that one coming. Cropp just misses with a punch to the body.
Cropp blocks a jab. And Cropp tries to counter it with a takedown but Kalashnikov pushes his down on his head and steps out. Cropp moves away from the strike by Kalashnikov. Cropp will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Kalashnikov throws a leg kick but Cropp sees it coming and moves out of range. Cropp changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Kalashnikov feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Cropp collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
