Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gonsalo Fontes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bartek Rusinowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gonsalo Fontes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rusinowski moves into range and clinches up with Fontes.
Rusinowski wants the takedown. Fontes is fighting it off but Rusinowski persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Fontes's guard against the cage.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fontes looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rusinowski is one step ahead there.
Fontes wants to stand and escape but Rusinowski is having none of it.

Fontes is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Rusinowski is defending well though. Fontes let's go of the attempt for now.

That was a close round but I would say that Gonsalo Fontes will probably get the nod.
