The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Bart Greer and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pirosin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Timanee sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Timanee scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Pirosin should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Pirosin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Timanee moves away.
Timanee attempts a counter takedown but Pirosin avoids it well and moves away.
Timanee scores with a jab. Pirosin acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Timanee dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Pirosin shoots in for a takedown but Timanee shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
An attempted straight right counter from Timanee misses the target.
Timanee throws a solid leg kick but Pirosin takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Timanee.
Pirosin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Timanee as he jumps to the side.
Timanee drops down looking for a counter takedown but Pirosin sprawls and moves away.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Pirosin.
Oscar Timanee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Liana Pirosin.
Timanee lands with an uppercut that bounces Pirosin off the cage and back into range.

and Pirosin counters with a single leg into guard. Timanee didn't expect that.

Pirosin is looking to stand up but Timanee won't let him.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Timanee just misses with a punch to the body.
Pirosin is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Pirosin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Timanee is fending him off so far but Pirosin persists. Nope, Timanee circles away and we're back to standing.

Timanee catches Pirosin with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Pirosin forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
