Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Pinkman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilkka Laitinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pinkman's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, On the Rag. Laitinen has chosen AC/DC - Thunderstruck as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jesse Pinkman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
42 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ilkka Laitinen! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Laitinen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Laitinen cracks the inside of Pinkman's front leg. Laitinen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Pinkman. Laitinen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pinkman.
Pinkman darts in looking for a takedown but Laitinen gets double underhooks and turns Pinkman into the cage. Laitinen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Pinkman. Pinkman looks for a takedown but Laitinen sprawls well. Laitinen appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jesse Pinkman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Laitinen tries a head kick but it misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Laitinen shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Pinkman drives through with a takedown into Laitinen's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pinkman working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Pinkman is stalling in the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pinkman stops Laitinen from standing up. Laitinen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Laitinen keeping full guard, as Pinkman tries to pass. Pinkman wants to control from the top but Laitinen keeps moving. Laitinen pushes Pinkman off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Laitinen misses with a hook
and Pinkman decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Laitinen's guard. Laitinen wants to sweep but no luck. Laitinen wants to stand up but Pinkman is controlling him. Pinkman content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Laitinen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Pinkman. Laitinen has his hands on Pinkman's head, controlling the position. Laitinen trying to keep a closed guard but Pinkman is proving a slippery customer.
Pinkman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Pinkman is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Laitinen is wriggling around but Pinkman manages to pass to half guard.
Laitinen pushes Pinkman off looking to stand but Pinkman dives back in and keeps control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pinkman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Laitinen wants to get back to full guard. Pinkman is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Pinkman trying to control the action but Laitinen is working from the bottom. Laitinen is doing well to control the position and prevent Pinkman from advancing to side control. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Pinkman sitting and controlling from the half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Laitinen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pinkman was well out of range. Poor timing from Laitinen. Pinkman moves out of range of the strikes. Laitinen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pinkman.
Pinkman shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Laitinen eats them both and turns towards Pinkman to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. No joy there for Laitinen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Laitinen lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Laitinen lands a nice shot to the body.
Laitinen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Laitinen scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Pinkman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Pinkman misses with the combination.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ilkka Laitinen will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Laitinen throws a leg kick which misses Pinkman's front leg but catches the back leg as Pinkman tries to avoid it. Laitinen connects with a solid leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pinkman tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Laitinen is looking to reverse the position. Laitinen can't do much from the bottom here. Laitinen tries to buck Pinkman off but Pinkman is having none of it. Pinkman trying to control the position but Laitinen is working away. Pinkman tries to score with some ground and pound. Laitinen controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Pinkman content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Laitinen tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Pinkman presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Laitinen's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Laitinen wants to control but Pinkman is having none of it. Pinkman looking to control but Laitinen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Laitinen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Pinkman wants to control the pace but Laitinen is squirming around nicely. Laitinen is looking to get to half guard. Pinkman wants to control the pace but Laitinen is squirming around nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Laitinen keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pinkman cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pinkman fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Jesse Pinkman dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Pinkman wants to clinch. Laitinen throws out a counter right but Pinkman avoids it with no problem. Laitinen throws a body shot but no joy. Pinkman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Laitinen tries to avoid it but Pinkman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Laitinen to the ground. Laitinen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Pinkman drives through with a takedown into Laitinen's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Pinkman throws a big elbow that misses. Pinkman is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Laitinen can do to turn this around? Pinkman with a flurry of punches that miss. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Laitinen wants to stand but Pinkman is controlling the position. Laitinen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pinkman controls the pace. You can see the frustration on Laitinen's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Pinkman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Laitinen is trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Laitinen sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Pinkman is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Pinkman seems to be looking for submissions.
Pinkman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Laitinen keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Laitinen kicks Pinkman off and gets back to his feet. Pinkman fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Laitinen counters with a straight right hand. Ilkka Laitinen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Pinkman looks to score with a jab to the body but Laitinen is just out of range. Laitinen listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Laitinen throws a half hearted mid kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Laitinen works Pinkman's body with a nice hook. Ilkka Laitinen seems to be getting the better of the standup. Laitinen misses with a left hand and Pinkman counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Laitinen throws a leg kick which misses Pinkman's front leg but catches the back leg as Pinkman tries to avoid it. Laitinen takes a swing at Pinkman's ribcage but misses. Pinkman looks to throw the jab but Laitinen is out of range. Laitinen is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Pinkman with a body shot. Laitinen tries a low kick but Pinkman avoids it. Laitinen throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Pinkman tries to counter with a takedown but Laitinen is quick to defend against it. Laitinen thows a leg kick but Pinkman checks it and Pinkman counters with a nice double leg into side control. Laitinen won't be happy with that. Laitinen trying to control but Pinkman flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Laitinen is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Pinkman off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Laitinen is really stuck here.
Laitinen is trying to get back to his feet but Pinkman has full control of the position and if anything, Laitinen has just worked his way into a worse spot.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jesse Pinkman. I think Pinkman has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
