The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Govatos does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
A counter left hand to the body from Bentley misses its target.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bentley looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bentley wants to clinch.
Govatos scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like Gil Bentley has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Govatos throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Govatos misses with a series of wild punches.
Bentley moves in looking to clinch but Govatos pushes him off.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Govatos displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Govatos throws a right hand that Bentley ducks under and follows up with a left that Bentley also avoids with ease.
Govatos dips to his left and cracks Bentley with an uppercut!
Govatos scores with a jab to the head.
Bentley is rocked!

Oh Bentley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bentley drops his hands for a split second and Govatos immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Bentley face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Govatos follows up with a right hand that knocks Bentley into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
