Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Slobo Berganovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ludwig Manres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manres has chosen Aqualung - Jethro Tull as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berganovic jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Berganovic has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Ora Et Labora in the buildup to the fight.

Manres takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Manres tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Manres tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Berganovic defends well and Manres ends up having to push Berganovic into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Berganovic lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Berganovic lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Manres changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Berganovic tries to avoid it but Manres manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Berganovic to the ground. Berganovic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Slobo Berganovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
