Gonzalez shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Falwell is trying to defend but Gonzalez finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Gonzalez is trying for a kimura here. Falwell looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Gonzalez wins by kimura!

A relieved looking Juan Gonzalez thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Yahweh Falwell spoke after the fight, saying 'Hasa diga eebowai. I guess I didn't pray hard enough, or maybe prayed too much. I bet if I rolled more instead of praying, I might have learned to defend submissions. I guess it's God's will. But to quote George Carlin: "If it's God's will and he's going to do what he wants to anyway, why'.
