The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black jabs Baba right on the nose. Baba blinks but takes it well.

It looks like George Baba has been cut.
Black throws a right hand that misses
and Baba cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Black misses with a looping right.
Baba tries a low kick but Black avoids it.
Black looks to throw the jab but Baba is out of range.
Baba avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A little jabbing left from Baba on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Nice cross by Black.
Baba throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Baba defending well as Black loads up on a big left hand.
Black's jab looks to have found its range, popping Baba under the eye.
Black misses with a hook. Baba ducked under it nicely.
Black bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Baba tries a head kick but it misses.
Walter Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Black connects with the punch.

Black throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Baba counter with a right hand.
Black cracks Baba with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Black is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Baba uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Black.
Baba takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

That has opened up George Baba's cut even more.

Black misses with a left hand
and Baba counters with a nice low kick that buckles Black's knee momentarily.
Black lands with a cross.
Black misses with an uppercut.
Baba avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Baba throws out a counter right but Black avoids it with no problem.
Baba is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Black keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Baba.
Black connects with a right hand. Baba shakes it off.

Black throws a monster overhand right that drops Baba! Black follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
